To enter your bank account information go to Settings> Bank Account. Here you will be able to enter a routing number and account number. Make sure to click Update for the changes to take effect.
Due to recent changes in how stripe verifies and secures your account additional information is required. We will now prompt for new information such as:
- Last 4 of SSN
- Country of operation
- Postal code
- Date of birth
Once you have filled all of this out you will need to accept the terms and conditions for Stripe and click save. You will have to provide this information in order to receive transfers from and bill your clients out of pocket.
Haven’t Received Your Transfers?
If you have not received your transfer for the week proceeding it there could be a conflict with some information that was given to Stripe. Please log into your account and click on Settings in the upper right hand corner. Once in Settings click on the Bank Account link to review and update any information. If all this information is filled in and correct and you did not receive your payment, please reach out to the success team at email@example.com or call us at (888) 234-0673.
