Canceling a Session with a Patient
To Cancel a session with one of your patients, go to your Upcoming Sessions List in your home page. To the right of the session, you will find a red Cancel button. Click and confirm you would like to cancel. You cannot cancel sessions that occurred in the past, but you can change the "Status" to represent that.
You can also go to Calendar, click on the Scheduled Session event. You will have the option to Edit, and click the red Cancel button at the bottom.
Your patient will be notified via email about the canceled session.
Schedule Recurring Sessions with a Patient or Calendar Event
To schedule a Recurring Session with a patient, you will need to click on the green Schedule Session Button at the top of the Calendar or Home Page. Once in the session pop up window you will fill in all information for the session as normal. At step 6, you will see an option labeled Repeat. Clicking on this will provide you with the ability to set how frequently you would like the event to repeat.
To Cancel a Recurring Session:
left click on the event in the Calendar. Once you have done this, a window will appear where you can select the Edit button. This will open up a window where in you can edit the event as well as an option to cancel all sessions.
Schedule a Calendar Event
At the top of the Calendar page you will see a green button labeled Schedule. Hover over it and select Calendar Event. Once you click on this button you will have the option to set the event name, a description, start time/date, end time/date, and an option to make it public or private. You can highlight any section of this text and add a hyperlink by clicking on the hyperlink button and pasting the web address to link to.
Use this for announcing webinars with a registration link, blocking off availability for vacation time, and more! A patient cannot schedule a session during a calendar event.
Set the Status of a Session
To set a session's status simply log into your account and on the sessions list/home screen you will see your upcoming session with a field labeled set status. Click on the link associated with the session to open the dialog box and set the status.
